Leadership

Doug and Lisa, along with their two young adult children, Anna and Jake, have been attending and serving at Stonecrest for the past 8 years and he has been serving as elder for a majority of their time here.  On March 29th, 2021, Doug received the call to become the new Lead Pastor of Stonecrest Community Church!
Doug had been serving as the Assistant Superintendent of the New York Metro District of the C&MA, where he oversaw 127 churches.  He and Lisa began ministry 26 years ago as youth pastor in Galloway Township New Jersey, leading to recent experiences in the C&MA district office, adjunct professor at Nyack College, and interim pastor for 3 years at Long Hill Chapel.  Doug and Lisa's approach to ministry is through intercession, hospitality, soul-care, spiritual formation, and missional living through a grace-filled posture.

Joe serves on staff as the pastor of discipleship and leadership development. Joe is responsible for providing pathways for anyone desiring to deepen their relationship with Jesus for themselves, in community, and for the sake of expanding the Kingdom of God. He has been on staff at Stonecrest since 2001 with ministry experience in youth, young adult, communication, and production areas. Joe has a Bachelor’s in Counseling and Master's in Pastoral Counseling from Crown College, and is certified as a Prepare and Enrich pre-marriage counselor.  Joe is married to Jody, and they have two children, Benjhamin, and Angel.  They have also been foster parents to several children.

Siobhan Seaman is the Pastor of Worship and Formation here at Stonecrest. In 2007 she graduated from Nyack College in Nyack, NY, with a B.S. in Pastoral Ministry and a concentration in Worship and the Arts. In 2013 she attended the Bethel School of Worship (WorshipU) at Bethel Church in Redding, CA. She served as Worship Ministries Coordinator at Nyack College until 2019. In 2020, Siobhan was invited to be a part of the songwriting collective behind the Alliance Worship Album Vol. 1., which was released in 2021. She co-wrote songs including “No Holding Back” and “When I Said Yes To You.”  Siobhan is passionate about His Presence and people. She desires to see lives transformed, revived, and healed through the praise and adoration of King Jesus. She loves Jesus and her husband Craig. She is both grateful and honored to serve and worship with the Stonecrest Community Church family.

For 18 years, Jeff served Stonecrest as our Executive Pastor until moving with his wife Sharon to their hometown in Lancaster County, PA in 2021.  He continues to support our church remotely on a part-time basis utilizing his experience in ministry as well as 17 years in Information Management and Accounting with Johnson & Johnson and The BOC Group. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin and Marshall College.
